Test Coopera

Dear Employees and Students of the CES/IES,
 
The Jagiellonian University Sports Office invites you to the University Cooper Test - 12 minutes of running for yourself! 
 
Cooper test is a test of physical fitness. It was designed by Kenneth H. Cooper in 1968 for US military use. In its original form, the test aims to run as far as possible within 12 minutes. The pace is important because a participant will not complete the maximum distance if he starts at a pace too close to a full sprint. The score is based on the distance the test person has run, age, and gender. The results can be correlated with VO2 Max.
