Dear CES/IES Students,
Congratulations on the successful start of the academic year! We are thrilled at the sight of all these new faces at the Institute of European Studies at Jagiellonian University.
We know that you are still getting to know each other, getting acquainted with life at the University, and digging into the topics of the courses you have selected. It's a busy time. But we would like to ask for your help.
On Monday, 25 October, at 2:30 p.m. we will host a photo session for students at the Institute. These photos will later be used in our brochures, on the website, and on our social networks. (The current photos are great, but they're a little out-of-date, and you represent the future!) The added benefit for you is that a professional photographer will be capturing this moment in your academic career so that you can someday look back on it with fond memories.
If you would be willing to take part in this photo session, please confirm your participation by sending an email to ces.studentservices@uj.edu.pl no later than Friday, 22 October.
Because the resulting photographs will be used for promotional purposes and might be displayed in public spaces, we will need your written consent to the processing of your image (on the day of the session, we will provide you with a form to sign).
The photographs will be taken by an award-winning photographer Michał Zieliński. (He also shot photos of the staff, so we can vouch for his talent.)
