Jelena Milovanovic is the Talent Partnerships Manager EMEA at mthree. She’s expanding the company’s capability to connect students with their dream roles and clients to the best talent. After graduating from the University of Belgrade she formed her early career in business management, before emigrating to New York and starting a family. Now back in the UK, Jelena is passionate about using her language skills and experience of establishing careers in multiple sectors and in different counties to help graduates in the first step of their careers.
