Dear Students,
Due to the fact that many of you ask us about the possibility of getting a Covid-19 booster, we would like to inform you as follows:
- Those of you who have an EU vaccination certificate (and have taken two previous doses in a country other than Poland) can go to any vaccination point and ask for a third dose. For this purpose, you must have your personal certificate with one extra copy with you. Then, you will be included in the national vaccination registration system.
- According to the rules in force from December 2021, there is no need to have a sworn translation of the certificate issued in another EU country.
- Those of you who have received the vaccination recommended by the EU, but do not have the certificate mentioned above, should obtain a sworn translation into Polish and, together with the original document confirming vaccination in a country outside the EU, go to a vaccination centre.
