Dear Students,
We would like to remind you that there is a Student Centre for Support and Adaptation (SOWA) at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków - a project directed towards full-time, extramural and doctoral students of the Jagiellonian University.
The help is conducted in the crisis intervention paradigm. The Centre doesn't provide psychotherapy or long-term treatment but offers Support in dealing with the most urgent problems.
SOWA offers:
- Crisis intervention in a case of psychological crisis
- Support in the adaptation process
- Mental health promotion and education
- Information on how and where to seek psychiatric care or psychotherapy
