Apply now to help mitigate the effects of war on the refugees arriving from Ukraine/residing in V4 countries!
The aim of the call is to:
- strengthen the capacities of local authorities, public institutions and civil society organizations who provide the necessary assistance in terms of health and social services.
- ease potential tensions between the refugees and local populations resulting from a lack of information, language barriers and social and economic differences.
Who can apply?
Any legal entity registered in Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, or Ukraine (e.g., municipalities and local governments, schools, health institutions, orphanages, NGOs).
No partnership with organizations from other countries is needed.

- Consult the Fund’s secretariat (in English, but also in Czech, Hungarian, Polish, Slovak, or Ukrainian)
- Submit your proposal any time by May 1, 2022!
Note: Preference given to projects with budgets up to €20,000 Projects will be evaluated and recommended for formal approval on a rolling basis until capacity is reached.
