Double Degree Master's Programme in Law & Politics and European Studies (with Kobe University, Japan)

Programme Fee (Entry 2021/22)*:

EU/Non-EU Citizens:

  • 8000 EUR for 2 years (the programme lasts 4 semesters).
  • Payments can be made in 4 instalments (2000 EUR each semester).
  • The first instalment must be paid by 15th September 2021.

*The programme fee applies to the students enrolled at Jagiellonian University.

Erasmus Mudus International Master in Central & East European, Russian & Eurasian Studies

Programme Fee (Entry 2021/22)*:

  • EU Citizens: 7042 EUR/6300 GBP per annum (the programme lasts 2 years).
  • Non-EU Citizens: 14420 EUR/12900 GBP per annum (the programme lasts 2 years).

The fees charged to students reflect the fee and funding regime established by the European Commission in respect of Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Degree programmes.  This means that, for this programme, fees paid by EU students are the same as those paid by UK students.

Fees for individual courses, repeating an academic year or a class

Individual courses tuition and fees

Fees for individual courses in the 2020/21 academic year are:

  • MA course - 60 teaching hours (10 ECTS points): 450 euro
  • MA course - 30 teaching hours (5 ECTS points): 225 euro
  • SA course - 40 teaching hours (6 ECTS points): 300 euro
  • Language courses - 60 teaching hours (6 ECTS points): 375 euro

Fees for repeating an academic year

The fee to repeat an academic year*: 

 

EU citizens

 

2 EUR x number of hours assigned to the repeated course/s

(e.g. 30 hours course calculation:  30 hours x 2 EUR = 60 EUR)

 

Non-EU citizens

 

2 EUR x number of hours assigned to the repeated course/s

(e.g. 30 hours course calculation:  30 hours x 2 EUR = 60 EUR)

*60 ECTS credits is a requirment to pass an academic year. The student cannot fail mandatory courses taken in the first year of MA programme (European Civilisation and MA Seminar (I)).

The student may request and be granted a conditional pass for the given academic year if he or she has obtained a minimum of 50 ECTS credits. A signed request must be submitted to the CES Administration Office by September 15 of the respective academic year in order for the request to be processed. 

Fees for repeating a class

Failure of some elements or the entire course** will allow student to procees to a next year of his/her programme. Failure of some elements of the course of the entire course lead to financial implications:

Student must obtain a minimum amount of credits (60 ECTS or min. 50 ECTS if applicable) to be eligible for repeating a course .

DO NOT APPLY to students on their last (2nd) year of studies.
